Registration Desk
Registration desk will be open from 8:30 to 9:00 December 4 (Tue) at iStage (B1 floor) of iCommons, Konan University, Okamoto Campus.
Registration Fee Payment
You can pay your registration fee in cash at the registration desk.
Only Japanese yen is accepted. Credit / Debit card payment is not available.

Visa Application
Please check if you need an entry visa. It depends on your nationality, citizenship, etc.
The meeting secretariat will provide a letter of invitation, if you request via the online registration form by October 17.
